Basic Policy

Tohkoh Jushi Co., Ltd. considers the importance of the environment to be one of the most important management issues, and the entire company is working together to address this issue.

As a member of the , the Fujikura Kasei Group has established the group's compliance structure and ethics and guidelines for each executive and employee in accordance with the Fujikura Kasei Group Compliance Manual and its Charter of Compliance.
As the parent company of Tohkoh Jushi and as a trading company specializing in synthetic resin, we must contribute to society through our business activities and take responsibility for the environment. To that end, each executive and each employee must build a safe and comfortable workplace and follow the rules of society with constant efforts.
Tohkoh Jushi acquires and operates an ISO14001 management system and strives to raise the level of environmental management. Along with them, this "Tohkoh Jushi Code of Conduct" has been set up as a guideline for the development of each executive and employee. I believe that the way to build a relationship of trust with society is to harmonize the economy, the environment, and society, and fulfill our responsibilities and commitments. “We always follow this "Tohkoh Jushi Code of Conduct" and act responsibly as good corporate citizens."

1. Compliance with laws and social norms
  • We will correctly understand domestic and international laws and social norms and comply with them with integrity.
  • We comply with internal rules and regulations, such as employment rules, and act responsibly. In the unlikely event that a mistake occurs, we will promptly report the situation, prevent a recurrence, and fulfill our accountability.
  • As good corporate citizens, we observe laws and manners, and do not tolerate socially malicious acts such as drunk driving.
  • We will not yield to the unjust pressure of anti-social forces. Also, it has nothing to do with it.
  • We act ethically in accordance with the common sense of society, not in violation of good manners such as gambling.
2. Respect for fundamental human rights
  • We respect fundamental human rights and individuality by eliminating any discrimination such as gender, race, intellectual physical disability, nationality, birth, religion, creed, medical history, age, and academic background.
  • We do not tolerate sexual harassment or power harassment. If there is an act equivalent to this, we will deal with it with strict and appropriate punishment.

  • In our business activities, we will actively work on environmental conservation, such as reducing waste, preventing global warming and pollution, and recycling resources.

5. Safety and Health
  • We will work to improve workplace safety and health based on 5S and KY activities, and take action that takes into consideration the safety of the local community.
  • In order to create a healthy, comfortable and comfortable working environment, we give maximum consideration to the mental and physical health of our employees and do not overwork. Each employee also takes care of themselves.
6. Fairness of transactions
